Matt Schultz, Owner
I am your local general contractor and construction company who is “building with greatness”! With over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, I have been a part of every task imaginable in the building process; starting out on a clean-up crew for a builder as an adolescent, and with education and dedication honed my skills as a carpenter. Maintaining integrity, grit, and pride in every project I put my name on; and my passion to “custom build” and work with others to make their ideas come to life; helped me grow and excel my construction business quickly. Building a platform of talented, professional, and loyal builders that we bring to your project has been a rewarding process as a general contractor! I place importance in engaging at all levels of my company; managing the many facets of business ownership and general contracting while often being present on project sites to continue building with greatness!
My favorite past time away from work is spending time with my wife Brooke and our 3 children, it’s fun to watch our family grow! A few of my other favorite hobbies are snowmobiling, riding motorcycle, and hunting.

John has worked in the building industry for 22 years! He has a vast knowledge of the many layers and elements involved in every building project. His experience offers a natural mentorship to others who work closely with him in the field.

Anne Williams, Office Manager
My business role is to maintain accounts payables, receivables, human resource duties and manage office workflow. I have been working with Matt Schultz Construction, L.L.C. in this capacity since 2009 and am proud of the progress and advances we have experienced over the years. While I am constantly learning new processes and staying current on government, local, and employer regulations; it is a blessing to be employed in a position where I continuously gain understanding and appreciation of the careful craftsmanship our team puts into each project. Watching custom projects come together swiftly is very rewarding and gives me a sustained passion to remain committed to the team that is building with greatness!
