Residential Re-model Construction

"We worked closely with Matt Schultz to remodel our lake cabin kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath. The portion of the cabin that we wanted to remodel was an old farmstead that had been moved on to the property decades ago. We wanted to update and expand the kitchen/dining area, open up the 8’ ceiling and create a ¾ guest bathroom.

Matt took our thoughts and concepts and created a functional floor plan, designed a contemporary space with innovative perspectives and developed a budget that we were comfortable with. As you would expect when remodeling an older property, surprises show up. Matt and his team tore everything down to the studs and he made sure that the plan would work within the space and budget we were working with. His ability to visualize spatial concepts is amazing and he was able to help us visualize the completed project so we could make informed decisions.

We trust Matt and were always confident he was focused on this project as if it were his own. The workmanship was outstanding, his ideas and suggestions were spot on and his creativity has made that area of the cabin the place where we spend all our time. We were thrilled with the entire process."
