"We were thrilled with our custom home built by Matt Schultz Construction, L.L.C. Matt and his team general contracted, managed, and designed the entire project from start to finish! They demonstrated extra effort to keep our building site safe and tidy as we lived on the property during the entire building process. 

Matt’s experience and knowledge was instrumental in the design process, by respectfully listening to our ideas and keeping functional practicality at the forefront, he designed a floor plan perfect for our family! In fact, it is still one of our favorite decisions about our home today!

Outdoor living was another important feature for us. Matt and the sub-contractors he worked closely with were able to install a beautiful rock wall surrounding a poured concrete patio and finished with a large upper deck, perfect for us to enjoy the views of our property and country living. Exactly what we were hoping for!

The many decisions and selections that needed to be made during the building process was not overwhelming or stressful. It was clear that Matt had strong relationships with many vendors and contractors, which was a huge assist for us as the homeowners!  Because of Matt’s trust in them, we felt confident in the knowledge and quality of their advice and craftsmanship!

Matt and his team were mindful of our budget, kept us updated on progress, assisted us in implementing “up and coming features” and energy saving efficiencies, and completed our project with timeliness and a quality that exceeds our expectation!"
